Parking
Off-street parking is provided for tenants of the Farr Lofts. The cost for an assigned parking space is included in the monthly rent. The parking lot is located in back of the Farr Lofts building on the right side of North 8th Street. This lot is to be used exclusively by tenants of the Farr Lofts. Additional parking for guests is readily available on a paid basis at a lot on directly opposite the Farr Lofts lot on North 8th Street or at several other locations, in the neighborhood.

Security
Access to the Farr Lofts building is controlled by an electronic security system which requires a coded protocol for entry. All entries and exits are monitored by a closed circuit video security system. Access to each living unit is by keys for both the door and deadbolt locks. Each unit door is equipped with a fisheye lens viewing device. All windows are well above street level and not accessible from the outside. Each unit is equipped with a fire prevention sprinkling system.

Storage
Each living unit at the Farr Lofts is assigned an additional 8 ft. x 10 ft. secured storage area located on the lower level of the building, below the first floor. The cost for this additional storage space is included in the monthly rent. The storage area is accessible by the elevator or stairways. Some safety restrictions apply to materials which may be stored in tenant storage areas.
